JM's cousin, Aurore and Paradis de Saveurs are organizing a 3 day master-class with a renowned French pâtissier and chocolate maker, Emmanuel Hamon. His website is gorgeous and good taste is evident before you even get inside.
The venues they've chosen are first-class: P.RO.Stranstvo studio, Hugo Restaurant and Michel Cafe.
March, 1-3 Mr. Hamon gave a master-class in the capital of Ukraine, Kiev and the reviews I've read at Kiev best cake, Igra so vkusom and Nina Niksya are most admirable.
